How can we help?

Your iPhone or iPad, and your child’s iPhone or iPad. Both need iOS 26.6 or later and the Pausii app. On your child’s device, Pausii asks for Screen Time permission once during setup.

Tap Pause All to pause every child’s apps, or pause one device. Your child gets a heads-up first (“Time to wrap up.”), then a calm “Taking a break” screen with a countdown. Tap Resume any time, or set a time and Pausii resumes on its own.

Yes. Invite a second parent from Pausii on your phone. They accept on their own iPhone, and you both see and control the same family.

1. Make sure your child’s device is on and connected to Wi-Fi or cellular.
2. Open Pausii on your child’s device once, and approve Screen Time if it asks.
3. Update Pausii on both devices from the App Store.

No. Pausii is built on Apple’s Screen Time tools. It never reads messages or sees what your child browses. Your family’s settings sync through your own iCloud. See our Privacy Policy.
